Nine areas, one contractor

We design, prefabricate, install and keep things running. No need to coordinate several companies to close the job.

We work for food, chemical and pharmaceutical plants. We take on the whole job: measurements on site, documentation, prefabrication in our workshop, installation and commissioning. Including jobs that have to fit into a few days of production downtime.

Machine and production line relocation

Full service covering dismantling, relocation (transport) and installation of machines, both new and used
A standard relocation covers: site survey, planning and optimisation, documentation, packing, transport, installation (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic) and commissioning.

How we work

From the first visit to commissioning

The same sequence for a pipeline installation and for a line relocation. You always know what stage the job is at.

Site survey

We come to the site, take measurements and establish the conditions and constraints. Without that, a quotation is guesswork.

Design and documentation

3D model, P&ID diagrams, layout and workshop drawings. All agreed with you before the first pipe is cut.

Prefabrication

Components are made in our workshop in Łódź. A finished set arrives on site, not material to be cut to size there.
04
Installation and commissioning

Mechanical, electrical and pneumatic installation, testing, start-up and as-built documentation.
